At ZeltaCollections AU, we understand that for TCG collectors, the condition of the box is just as important as the cards inside. We always utilize Premium Collector-Grade Packaging to ensure your items arrive in mint, untampered condition.


1. Dispatch & Handling

Standard Orders: All in-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Origin: Every order is shipped directly from our facility in Melbourne, Australia.

Tracking: All shipments are sent via Australia Post and include a tracking number emailed immediately upon fulfillment.

Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST (excluding public holidays).

2. Pre-Order Guidelines

Allocation: By placing a pre-order, you secure your item from our confirmed distributor allocations.

Release Dates: Pre-orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of the official Australian release date.

The "One Shipment" Rule: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the final pre-order item is released. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Market Stability: Pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled due to market price fluctuations or change of mind.

3. Order Integrity & Right to Cancel

Cancellation Window: To maintain our fast dispatch times, any request to modify or cancel an order must be made within two (2) hours of placement and before the order has been packed.

Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we suspect is fraudulent, contains unauthorized payment methods, or is intended for unauthorized resale.

Technical Errors: In the rare event of a technical or pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and provide a full refund.

Stock Discrepancies: While we strive for 100% accuracy, we reserve the right to cancel orders if an item is unexpectedly unavailable, in which case a full refund will be issued immediately.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following flat-rate and calculated options at checkout:

5. Collector-Grade Packaging Guarantee

We don't just "throw it in a box." To protect your investment, we guarantee:

Secure Protection: Every order is packed with bubble wrap and high-quality fillers to prevent movement during transit.

Box Integrity: We use sturdy, double-walled boxes for larger orders to ensure factory seals remain perfect.

Discreet Shipping: All packages are shipped in plain outer boxes to maintain the security of your high-value items.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

Carrier Risk: Once an item leaves our facility, the risk of loss or transit delay passes to the carrier (Australia Post).

Discrepancy Claims: If your item arrives with significant damage affecting the product, you must contact info@zeltacollections.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Claims made after this window will not be accepted.

Refused Delivery: If a delivery is refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all original and return shipping costs.
